Dear Ntozier,Thank you so much for the prompt reply.We have configured one email ID for which Os ticket used to fetch the emails and will create the Auto tickets.So, when ever we are replying on the auto created ticket, we used to get the complete mail thread communication in the mail sent to the user.But day before yesterday, we have enabled the "Strip Quoted reply" and soon after we again disabled the same.But now we are not getting the complete mail thread.Earlier i got the suggestion from you only to disable the "Strip Quoted reply" to get the complete mail thread.We kindly request you to help us on this issue.Thanks & Regards,Saikumar.
