UPDATED:Hey fellow osTicket users,Whenever an Active (Registered) helpdesk portal user logs in to check their organisations tickets, they don't see any details for their tickets logged through the GUI. E-mail logged tickets display the full ticket trail (including all correspondence and public notes).Specifically, their GUI logged tickets show: Ticket Status, Department, Create Date, Name, E-mail and Phone.Their E-mail logged tickets show: Ticket Title, all of the above details and FULL TICKET TRAIL and the ability to post a reply.We would expect to see the full ticket details for GUI logged tickets too. Anyone else having similar functionality? (or have a fix?)Cheers,DrJazz
