Hello, I have a very curious issue, I will try my best to explain the problem, by producing this step-by-step guide:1) Person A opens a ticket without any collaborators2) Admin transfers the ticket from department A to department B3) Department B manager assigns the ticket to Person B4) Department B manager adds a collaborator A to the ticket5) Collaborator A adds Department B manager as a collaborator B (managers email address ends with: ".co.uk") via CC6) Person B assigns ticket back to Department B manager7) Collaborator A adds again Department B manager as a collaborator C (managers email address ends with: ".mobi") via CC8) Department B manager (collaborator both B and C) replies to a ticket (via ".mobi" email address), but the header shows collaborator A name.
Under normal circumstances this does not happen, so it makes kinda of edge case if a company has multiple email addresses, where name.surname is used and people have choice between using different top-level domain names for their email addresses (Don't ask me why :))I tried to look for this problem and found this ticket, which seems to have very similar (if not same issue as I do).System details:
