I researched this phenomenon and I think this scenario could be possible:Our agents are used to use Outlook as their primary source for helpdesk-related emails. They worked years before I deploy osTicket. So, all of them have helpdesk-related mailboxes attached to their Outlook clients and all of them are able to watch those Inboxes and all incoming emails. So, when email come to Inbox, anyone of them can open it and read it and see attachments. When they are doing that, this email is under some kind of lock. And when cron job start and try to fetch this email, which is locked because Agent has it in opened state, there come to conflict and osTicket cannot fetch that email. And then cron job runs again and again (I set it up to run every 1 minute), so conflicts are hapening again and again and some process make some copies of email and attach it to original email as attachment. What do you think about that, @[deleted]?Is that scenario possible?
