I've only seen that error when installing osTicket in other languages besides english.If you are trying to do that, try installing with English first. Then add the other language afterwards.osTicket does not support nginx. There are a number of configuration changes that you will need to make to make it work, there are numerous threads on github about what needs changing.CentOS usually has SELinux enabled by default. This also does not work out of the box. You can temporarily disable it to see if it helps.
