Fetch emails from a specific Gmail label

Hi, wanted to check if anyone knows if it’s possible to configure an email to fetch emails from a specific Gmail label (not the Inbox).

I’ve done this previously in a different system and am trying to figure out if it can be done in osTicket as well.

Any thoughts?

Sorry, I forgot to include that I'm using osTicket (v1.10.1).

osticket only pulls from the inbox.

Ok, thanks. So probably no plans to change that either then.

I'm not aware of any at this time. But someone could always author the feature and add it on github.
