How can OSTICKET automatically generate a ticket link for the end user when they to receive in the their email inbox, so that he can click and be redirected automatically to the ticket? Is there any specifical variable for it?I waiting a fast reply for to apply in company where the OSTicket is in use for 4 years.Thanks.Rodrigo P.

Admin panel -> Emails -> Templatesexample from the default template: New Message Auto-repsonse<a href="%{ticket.client_link}">#%{ticket.number}</a>

When you are making changes to the "New Ticket Auto-response" email template click on the third last icon in the toolbar called "link" and choose to insert a link called "End User Ticket Link".This should insert %{recipient.ticket_link} , which might actually save as %%7Brecipient.ticket_link%7D in the source, however, that doesn't really matter. Using the editor to insert the link seems to work best.

Hello everyoneI sorry. I attached the osticket version that I am working....blank@pcjkollmorgen, I done it. I am to set the link on the name in done reply setup, however when the end users receive these messagem, the ticket link is not openning. You can see the image attached how appear it.-------------blank--------------What Can It be?

Maybe thats a bug in the old version you are running?

Try looking at the DB in itself and see if its being saved incorrectly.  Then you can edit it at the DB level?ost_email_template
