Does the message look fine in the web interface?
No, In the web interface in the thread it looks like above - the only place it looks OK is in the IT Support mailbox, looking at the original incoming message, prior to processing by OSTicket
Can you check in the database %prefix%_thread_entry and check how many characters the entry is?
Apologies for the delay, as requested, the length of the entry is 0 - it's showing a blank body field for that record
That should not be the case seeing as you can actually see data
