Hi everybody,First of all, here is what I am working with:osTicket-Versionv1.9.16 (f4a172f) —  AktuellServer-SoftwareApache/2.4.29 (Unix)MySQL-Version5.6.37PHP-Version5.6.33No plugins or mods, other than the German language package. Here is my problem:I recently changed the helpdesk URL from http://myurl.com/ticket to http://myurl.comMost things are working fine, so e.g. %{url} is targeting the new helpdesk URL.But the variable that should be holding a working link for a new agent which was created by an admin and which the agent is getting via an e-mail to create a new password "%{link}" is holding the following:Via Settings -> access I can edit it and it's linked to "http://myurl.com/scp/%%7Blink%7D"In the mail it creates http://myurl.de/http://myurl.com/scp/pwreset.php?token=t0k3n....Any ideas where to change that manually for how to fix it?Sadly my searches via this forum or google did not find me a solution. Thanks in advance,Kim

What happens if you change:"http://myurl.com/scp/%{link}"to just"%{link}"

That fixed it.Thanks.I am still confused, but the problem is solved. :-)

KimD Please what did you make for that. I have the same problem. Thank in advance for your help.

ntozier changed the title to [resolved] %{link} - the link to a new password - is acting weird.
