I've been using OSTicket as a support system for our clients and it works Great!
I have noticed recently that we get several requests and questions from users that can't see updates because they don't remember their ticket ID and have deleted the original email.
Is there a way to bypass the ticket ID in the login script and then show any open tickets for that email address?
I'm assuming this will require some custom coding on my part which I'm ok with, but wanted to be sure nothing existed before I began that process.
