Hello there.. Sorry if I post in this discussion, because i just search a forum with similar problem of mine but I didn't find them.
so, I have a problem with reset password. It doesn't work, it doesn't send to the email. and when I check it in the database, I guess that because on the ost_user database, the default email id is 0. because when i updated the default email id, the problem solved, but another problem appear is it cause very slow loading when I check the ticket
any suggestion for this ? thank you
