Go to Admin panel - Agents - RolesSelect the role that you dont want to have the right to assign tickets and then edit and then untick the ability to assign and then it should be done.

Try then go to Admin panel - Agents - DepartmentsTick the checkbox, Limit assignment of tickets to departmentmembers.
Hi Micke1101 ,It doesn't work, I still can assign ticket to other teams.When I choose assign to teams, i can see all teams and i can assign to them.What I want is when I assign the ticket, i only can assign to team or agent that same department.
Is the ticket assigned to that department?
