Migrating to new server, images and attachments not showing

I have an osTicket 1.10 install with MariaDB database running on Windows Server 2008 IIS. I am migrating this to a Linux server running CentOS 7. Currently, both servers are running osTicket, both servers are connecting to the same database on the Server 2008 box (though this will eventually be migrated as well), and I've verified all communicating by creating tickets on each, reading and altering the tickets on the other, and confirming that everything operates as expected. The only trouble I'm having is that all my images (custom logo, background images, etc) and attachments are missing when logged into osTicket on the CentOS server. I have not modified the configuration and the files should be in the database, if I'm not mistaken.

webserver software and version?php version?running SELinux?have you changed the helpdesk url?have you checked the broken images / logos paths to see where they are supposed to be (browser)? and PHP error logs?

The logo image is just pointing to /scp/logo.php?1234567890The login background is pointing to /scp/logo.php?backdropAttachments, however, are now working.

More detail: I don't believe SELinux was turned off when I tested the attachments last time. That may be why they are working now.
