v1.10.1the only help topic I have setup is Service Request under admin/manage/help topicshowever when a new ticket is created the only help option is General Inquiry.how do I change this?
If the only help topic you have is "Service Request" then there is simply no way that the only option is "General Inquiry", as that doesn't even exist.Default Help Topic is at: Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Default Help Topic
well it is possible, see attached
hmmm I fixed it. the Service Request was set as private. I changed it to public which did it. but it is still interesting that General Inquiry popped up when it doesn't exist.
