Hi, While updating from osticket 1.9.15 to 1.10 version, the plugin for storage of attachments (Attachments on the filesystem ) has broken. Now that plugin is not working with the new version of osticket. I couldn't locate any new plugin release for this osticket version. Is there any new version of that plugin for osticket version 1.10? or any workaround mechanisms? Please help me...

I tried the plugin file given in the download section of osticket site and it is not working with the new version of osticket (v1.10.1). Could you please confirm whether that one is working with the new version?
Its working for me with v1.10.1Sounds like you didnt set the correct path for the attachments or didnt set the settings in plugin and in the system menu in the admin panel.
or perhaps the dir/files have bad permissions and the webserver cannot access them?
