We are using OS Ticket from last 1-2 years on a trial basis. In this process, in the system, there are many irrelevant tickets, so we want to remove all the tickets raised before 1-Jan-18. What is the process to delete these tickets?Regards,Alok

If you're an agent and do not have permission to delete tickets you can't delete it. If you have permission to do so or you're an admin you can find delete button on the upper right side of your closed ticket list. Select the ticket you want to delete and click on the dustbin symbol.

Grizly has a plugin here which should enable this: https://github.com/clonemeagain/osticket-plugin-archiverAs a bonus, it can save/archive the old tickets into pdfs or similar before deletion so they could still be saved elsewhere just in case.
