1)I have heard a couple of times that the dashboard needs an overhaul and is not recommended.Maybe you want to try this commercial osticket plugin from @[deleted] which has a good reputation:http://software-mods/2) I don't know exactly what you are asking.Maybe you want to know if osticket is really open source and if there are some limitations for user or ticket creation, do you asking this?Yes it is open source and there are no software limitations. The only limitation is the space and power of your server ;-)I only remember that people that are storing attachments in the database later switch to the filesystem plugin because when the database growths the access could slow down. And I have heard from installations with a lots of agents who are accessing the system simultaneously can also slow down the access too. But I think this is normal. Bigger installations or environments need often special optimizations to avoid bottle necks.
