Hi Good afternoon, how can you filter my e-mail that will be tickets, for example, i have 2 mails, the first is from "no-reply@anything.com" and the other is from "client@client.com" can i filter this emails for the first be discarted and the second be a ticket?

You would do it at the mail server.

You can set up a ticket filter under Admin > Manage > Ticket Filters that rejects any email from a specific full or partial email address.I do this to reject emails from postmaster accounts, which are typically on-delivery reports.
