HiCan someone help me, how can I get to the admin panel?

Normally right to your agent name after logging in as an admin. But only admins have access to the "admin panel". Normal agents only see there the "agent panel" link. For admins the view switches after clicking on the "admin panel" navigation element and you see "agent panel" there to make it possible to navigate back to the agent panel.

    mfelber i have unfortunately unchecked the administratior field in admin pannel and saved it...from that time i lost the admin access and iam unable to view the admin panel now
