Your topic reads "Ticket Search for Staff not working"But your description says Users.User search is extremely limited and does not provide the same functionality as Agent/Staff search.

maybe I am not saying it correctlyWhen user is logged in and has many tickets and wants to search for Ticket about Printer Issues or Scanner, instead of sorting by subject or going to all tickets, it would be better to do basic search and based on Subject or text within ticketsDoes that make more sense?  Should that not be a basic function?

User search is extremely limited and does not provide the same functionality as Agent/Staff search.

I guess the answer is clear no Thank you, hope maybe in future it may be added function/feature
