I would like to set a "default" agent in the "Assign ticket" tab. Or if I knew the variable, perhaps I can set it statically. I will always use the same agent to assign to after the ticket is reviewed by the first level agent.So here is how my systems works:1. The ticket gets auto-assigned by help topic to a specified agent.2. Once that agent resolves the ticket, they re-assign to the manager. I want the manager to be the default in the "assign tab".
