Hi, We are currently using a home-grown support system (it works well) at multiple sites. We are looking for a solution to create a support dashboard that would pull in ticket data from each of the sites into one "support central". In other words, import ticket data from an external site with an API into OSTicket displaying the tickets for all our customers instead of going to each customer site. Does OSTicket have the capability to fetch ticket data from an external site in some way?
