I have a particular help topic when people fill out a custom form that I would like that ticket to Autoclose as it is an information only.
Is there a way to accomplish this?

Admin panel -> Manage -> Ticket FiltersUnder Filter Rules:Topic ID = the idea that you want to close. (I beleive that this is the topics id #)Under Filter Actions:Set Ticket Status: Closed.
