Hi,I need to select the correct template for new tickets deppending to each mail received. How can i do? Only can do with department, but one department works with differents mails

Email templates are sent based on the trigger that calls it... new ticket being opened, ticket updated, etc.  So I am not real sure what it is you are asking.

we're using osticket for multi client customer service. For each client (email) i need a custom template to send with her logo.It's Possible? Exist any mod?

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time.  I would recommend that you use generic templates and then use Canned Responses for the specific logo for each "customer"
