Hi all,need some help in how to add a column with the Organization name in Ticket view screen.Alternatively Organization name can be concatenated to the column FROM with the user__name. I just need it to be there.Can anyone provide some directions please?Thanks in advance.

Hi asit,I use that, but not the feature I was looking for.If we can add Users to Organizations, by logic I wanted to use this relation to have listed in an adicional column or more simple, add the Organization name to the User name.With your solution, I have to add manually to all users their organization name to the User name.Thanks anyway.
