Cannot Configure SMTP-Mail with Osticket

Hello guys,I am trying to configure SMTP for a while now, and still cant get it to work.. Ive red through many posts here in this Forum and still found no possible answer.Mailacc: xxx@gmail.com ssl://smtp.googlemail.com 465 My Setup : Click on me for the Config Pictureif pic doesnt work: osticket version 1.10webserver Apache/2.2.31 (Unix)mysql 5.6.37php 5.6.31no error logs are made. Host is Strato.de. On a local installation of Osticket SMTP connects within seconds, on several mailaccounts including gmail and our businessmail. A Call to our webhost didnt help, they said the problem cant be on their side (e.g. firewall).

mail settings?php error log?If it works on a local hosted machine, then its pretty clear to me that you know what the settings should be, and that there is something about their server(s) or network that is breaking it contrary to what their support told you.
