HiWhen exporting reports from the open tickets screen, not all information for the customised fields is populated in the export. Sometimes this has worked and sometimes it stops working by appearing blank in the field only the header field name appearing on the top row of the export. The current issue i am having is with a customised field that contains a drop down choice, however the other two free text entry customised fields i have in the same built in form displays the information that has been entered upon raising a ticket.I am adding the customised fields in one of the built in forms (Ticket Details).Has anyone experienced this before? Any work around or solutions would be much appreciated

osTicket doesn't have reporting other than the Dashboard... so I really have no idea what it it you are talking about. Perhaps instructions on how to get to what you are seeing or a screen shot would assist us in assisting you.
