I have just finished installing osticket and changing emails around. However when I test a ticket I dont get a instant reply message or an update email.
If someone could help that would be great.
Go to Admin -panel - > Setting ->
Scroll down to Alerts & Notices.
Make sure that you have the proper notice enabled.
Also I've noticed in 1.6ST that when I use the same system email address I don't get alerts properly.
