Hi, thanks for your response.I already disable it on Settings. but still it show on the Agent view.What I'm trying to do here is to remove the tab of knowledgebase, so it leaves only 4 tabs which are dashboard, users, tasks and tickets.
Commenting out this line should remove it from the agent panel: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/blob/develop/include/class.nav.php#L129But you might want to make a setting instead so that it can be turned back on.
