I'm a HelpDesk admin and manager on my business OsTicket Installation.I have 2 co-workers/employers.I need to see each activity.How I can monitor them in a easy way ?I think about some kind of "activity stream". I'm using such feature on AutoIt Forum which is using IPBoard ForumEngine.Could you show me, any way to use comparable feature with OsTicket ?I think also my co-worker/employers should be happy with using Acitvity stream instead getting email's for all activity.

Use either open tickets or closed tickets views. Simply, disable your staff ability to edit or delete tickets.
