Hello Team,Whenever a user send an email to our support team email id its creating multiple tickets in osticket application with different ticket numbers. HI Team ,Please help me to fix this issue .  Every time its creating multiple tickets for one email. Its very difficult for us to manage this. I uninstalled and  reinstalled this osticket , but still no progress.
