SMTP : Authentication failure

I have the Osticket

installed in windows (WAMP) and in debian .... and in neither of the two

systems do the smtp with authentication work ....Authentication failure I have no idea it can be. My Osticket version is 1.9.15 and my email server is MDaemon 10.0. I would appreciate your help. regards

You have not showed us your settings / told us how you are trying to send/receive email.

The configuration of my osticket is attached in an image. The email address works, also probe with my own and also not work.

"Authentication Failure" I think that says it all.Some possible reasons:You are using SMTP Auth and shouldn't be.Your using an incorrect username/password.Your webserver doesn't have permission to talk to the mail server.Your mail server expects authentication to be done via SSL. (add ssl:// prefix to the server name)Your port number is wrong and should be 587.

Thinking about

the possibility of several of those reasons configure a mail client with

the same data and function, I know that authentication is needed in

SMTP, username / password is correct, and use ssl: // and with ports 465

and 587 And it does not work for me yet. I have to check if webserver does not have permission to talk to the mail server.
