I created a ticket on behalf of my customer. However when he views the tickets by providing his email id and the ticket number the due date is not part of the information displayed. Is there a way to have osticket display the due date along with the other ticket information.
Due dates are not shown on client interface by design. The thinking is - they're mostly internal and optional, especially when it's tied to an SLA. Perhaps it can be an optional feature - in the future - something admin can enable/disable.
