I would like to request a feature to allow agents to see closed tickets, when they are set to only see assigned tickets. It's often useful for an Agent to go back and see what he did on a previous ticket when a new ticket has the same issue and he can't remember how he solved it the first time.For us, closed tickets are a great resource and knowledge base.

And maybe an option to see all closed tickets, or just closed tickets that they could see when they were previously assigned to the Agent, Department, or Team. 

I've added it to the list, and pinged the devs that the list has been updated.
