Closing ticket

Hi Gurus,

My requirement is

There are 3 groups..

level1- all-dept-head ( who can do dept transfer, post internal note, reassign, close ticket)

level2- Individual-dept- head ( who can do dept transfer, post internal note, reassign, close ticket)

level3-staffunderindividualdept ( who can reassign only)

Though I have configured in this fashion as admin, this level3 staff are allowed to close the ticket.

But the requirement is, if ticket is assigned to level3, they should see only reassign tab and not post internal note or post reply tab with close.

Only the level 1 staff and level 2 staff can close the tickets. Level 3 staff after completing the work has to reassign ticket to the head above them. They are not allowed to close the ticket.

Please help. I was able to do all other modifications with the help of your forum.
