Hello,When I receive a new ticket from the api, the autoresponder mail is not sent. In the configuration this is enabled the autoresponder for the help topic, the department and in the general configuration. Where could I get the error?osTicket

How do you have email configured?Do tickets opened in the UI send emails?IS it possible that you typoed the email on the API call?

In the call to the APII had put autoreply=false. It change to true.It works nowThanx
