have not provided us with the information that anyone would need to
answer that. You configured them in osTicket (I would presume) for a
reason. I have no idea what you are using them for. Perhaps the
outgoing departmental emails? Sorry, I am not sure what info should I provide.That email was used at the start of the installation. Later on, I deleted this person by mistake. Right now, the admin is the email from "Ticketing and Option" screenshot. Also, this admin is the only "person".
