I am having a strange issue recently where I am receiving  Mail fetch Failure Alert. The problem that baffles me is that the emails are actually being fetched and then processed into another folder. Tickets are being generated also. However, i still keep receiving these failure emails.osTicket Version v1.10 (901e5ea)Web Server Software ApacheMySQL Version 5.6.35PHP Version 5.6.30I am using Microsoft Exchange @ outlook.office365.com with IMAP + SSL settings.Any help will be really appriciated.thanks,

You have not provided us with the failure error message.

osTicket is having trouble fetching emails from the

following mail account:

User: support@xxxx.co.uk

Host: outlook.office365.com

Error: Can not authenticate to IMAP server: AUTHENTICATE

failed.

92 consecutive

errors. Maximum of 5 allowed

 This could be

connection issues related to the mail server. Next delayed login attempt in

aprox. 10 minutes

Above is what i see in the emails i am receiving every 5 mins.I have a cron job running every 5 mins and fetching Email settings also set to fetch frequency at 5 mins. (please see screen grab)I can also see there was another thread similar to mine, however this user was running an older version.http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//mail-fetch-failure-alert

Disable the status of it.  Do you still get the messages?

I still receive the emails, even with the fetch disabled. However, obviously my emails were not being fetched after this.Does that mean that the problem lies somewhere else ? where else can i look to fix this ?

My guesses would be:have another email address configured that you are trying to collect email for.you have another cron job calling the collection.you have another osticket site setup thats sending you the email
