HelloI

have a strange problem after downloading from the official link of the

osticket page what would be the stable version of 1.10, after

decompressing it and uploading it to begin with the installation I think

it is version 1.9.12I repeated the download 6 times and the result was identical. Please someone could tell me that another alternative way I can download it.Thank you in advance for your valuable help.

I just downloaded the 1.10 archive from the osticket download page.http://osticket.com/downloadAnd started the install process.  I cannot replicate your report.  The version I downloaded is 1.10.

Maybe your version of the download page is over-aggressively-cached or something? This is the current link as I see it: http://osticket.com/sites/default/files/download/osTicket-v1.10.zip

7 days later

hiGrizlyDownload again using the link but when I upload it continues telling me that I have version 1.9.12.I try it in several ways and nothing, the same error when I try to install it

On /scp/system.php it should show you 1.10 "Up To date" Where are you seeing 1.9.12?

Are you download this to upgrade 1.9.12 to 1.10?Are you uploading the files to the site after the download and running the upgrade?

I am using a

subdomain that has nothing preinstalled and although I delete

everything and I upload it again only appears the version 1.9.12I really do not understand the problem

Then you are not uploading the new version.
