How do you make the mods?

I want to make one, but I can't see any documentation on how...

There isn't any documentation on how to make a mod for osTicket. There is no mod plugin architecture to document. An osTicket mod are simple step by step instructions on how to modify the php source of the project to add a feature or change a feature, and if necessary any custom new php files to support said features.

So I just have to look through the source to figure out how to get the info I need? Thanks :)

Yup. Or consult the various posts here (mods section) or on other sites run by community members for how to implement similar features. Generally I stick to the mods listed here or on:

Also if you have a specific question about where something is, you can always try to ask here.
