I am running an OSTicket application ,i get email tickets getting created when user's email is an invalid email following are the contents of the ticket description

PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT TRIGGERS TO GENERATE THIS TYPE OF TICKET IN THE OSTICKET CODE
