First of all, sorry for my english ! I'm French and my english is not perfect as you will see in the next lines ! :
So, I have installed recently OsTicket on a server for my company. Everything work perfectly but i have a little costumization.
In my compagny when a technician open a ticket, he send the ticket to an email like "sav@example.com" and when he have done, he send a summary at this type of email : "rapport@.....".
So, I'd like to know if it would be possible to change just a small piece of code to send an email to "report@..." when the "Close the ticket" is checked.
I searched a bit on this forum but nothing that I found work...
