I originally started this topic in 1.9 but now with the update I'm considering revisiting osTicket.I have clients who manage hundreds of locations.A team of 1-3 users per client create tickets for each location when a location needs assistance.I need to know if its possible for the location information (address, phone, manager, etc..) to auto-populate once the user selects the location when creating a ticket.Only the corporate manager can create tickets and the location themselves do not have access nor does the corporate manager want each location to have the ability to create tickets themselves. 

I can't find a location field in the default setup so i'm guessing it's something you've added yourself?It sounds like this would require a small modification to the core files, but would need more information before that.
