Hi there,
Im new to OSTickets and im looking to make a couple of improvements:
The first is to include the subject and message of the ticket raised in the email sent to the person who raised it.
I've tried %message, it doesn't appear to work.
The second is to create a threaded email so all messages exchanged between the person who raised the ticket and support is appended to a conversation so they can see the whole support process in 1 email.
Any help anyone can provide is greatly appreciated.
I have the latest version of osTickets.
