I miss two little things in osticket:
Osticket is a customer support system but why is there no field in the new ticket form for a customer number?
In my osticket there are two departments: support and billing and I want the support group to have only read access, at the billing department there is no option to choose.
So my wish is to create an option that allows (in-between the support group) to read the billing tickets and add an internal note.
Is there a possibility for you to create these features or have I to do it by myself?
