Good morningI have searched all the forums for answer but i'm not sure what is the cause.I'm running the following:OS: Windows server 2016OS Ticket: 1.10PHP: 5.6.30I setup the email and the imap / smtp settings, if i enable "email fetching" and "Fetch on autocron" it polls the email box and creates the folder on office 365 but it won't create any tickets from the emails.Since the above did not work, i then setup the rcon file with my URL as "http://10.0.0.4/osticket/upload/api/tasks/cron" and the API key which is linked to the same local address, using easycron.com to ping the file. This method does not seem to work either. I have tried changing the URL and the API to a public ip which doesn't work either.I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong but any help would be much appreciated.Thanks

Further to the above, i just test 1.9.12 and it works in there? I'm not sure what is causing the issue?

Just using office 365 online, no shared mailbox. By "create" I mean under IMAP settings, there is the option to move to a folder, which i specified as "new". Since it did not exist, the folder was created.

Please check out https://www.easycron.com/cron-job-tutorials/how-to-set-up-cron-job-for-osticket. I found it very easy to set up cron and works great.
