Hello All,I've seen directions for this covering the previous release and the 1.10 RCs but the code in tickets.inc.php seems to have changed a bit and I'm unsure what to change/add and where to do so. Can anyone help?P.S. I know "Custom Queues" is an upcoming feature for the next release, but we would prefer to have this sooner than later.
