I try to attach file on my ticke (fil is PDF or DOCX) and I see this messageFile is too large undefinedI try to change on settings but i doesn't work

File attachment size limits are set in your php.ini file, but I don't see any attachment on this post.

No the problem is on my installation. My php.ini is set to 6Mb but my attachment is max 100k more or less and the pop up say undefined dimension

This does not appear to be a Suggestion and Feedback.Moving thread to Troubleshooting and Problems.Did you restart your webserver after making the PHP change?Did you change the config for file size in osTicket after making the PHP change?Did you allow .PDF and .DOC?
