Hello All,In our company we have multiple physical locations that we have set up as departments in our osTicket installation, and each physical location has it's own subnet on our network. I was wondering if it's possible to setup a filter that would assign a ticket to a department based on their IP address/subnet when they submit a ticket through the web form. Thanks in Advance!

I do not think that this is something that Ticket Filters can do at this time.It would also not work if the staff say logged in to open the ticket from elsewhere.

Thanks for your reply, I actually realized this after I posted this along with other reasons it wouldn't work. You can close this if you want.
