I have been able to install and configure v1.10 with minimal problems, but this one has impacted me. I am logged in as an administrator and use the link to view the Personnel Panel. When I click on the link to "Create new ticket" I get a blank space, 1 popup line and the rest of the ticket is gray behind the popup window. The main problem is that it is not giving me any form of error message, so I have no idea where to start trying to fix this.I have tested it with several users and simply when I want to add a new ticket, a user or import a client pulls the popup line blank and does not let go.I have proven that it is not browser problem, both in chrome, edge, firefox, IE and operates the same thing.I have been investigating if it was a problem of ajax or some fitxero of configuration, in many tickets of the forum osticket I have been seeing that it is a quite frequent problem and I have not been able to clarify myself in any case.Someone could help me solve it.Thank you.
